  • Physical Ability: Must be able to work full days in the Louisiana heat and lift 50+ lbs.
  • Reliability: Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation to our Denham Springs shop are non-negotiable.
  • Equipment Mastery: 1+ year of experience with commercial stand-on zero turns (specifically Scag V-Ride II or equivalent).
  • Detail Oriented: Ability to identify weeds in beds, manage string trimming with precision, and maintain a "no-trace" cleanliness standard.

3. A Day in the Life

  • Morning Prep: Meet at the Denham Springs shop at 7:00 AM to load gear and review the digital route.
  • On-Site Excellence: Execute precision cuts and note any turf or ornamental landscape deficiencies.
  • Property Detailing: Beyond the mow—blowing off porches, clearing cobwebs, and spot-treating bed weeds.
  • Commercial Care: Maintaining our flagship commercial accounts to the highest professional standard.
  • Wrap-Up: Return to shop by 4:30 PM, equipment maintenance, and prep for the next day.

4. Growth Path: Build a Career

  1. Phase 1 (Technician): Master the Momentum quality standard and equipment handling.
  2. Phase 2 (Lead Technician): Responsible for a specific route, crew safety, and property quality control.
  3. Phase 3 (Operations Manager): Manage recurring operations, scheduling, and client communication for our commercial and estate portfolios.

5. Working Hours

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (some Saturdays for weather delays).
  • Hours: Typically 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
